IMPORTANT Please note we are currently shipping to Poland only. Please find your nearest dealer on 'Store locator' page or contact us if you are interested in international shipping.
Delivery costs and rules
- Orders worth over or equal 200 PLN are shipped for free (Poland only)
- Retail orders below 200 PLN: shipping cost 20 PLN
- Cash on delivery (courier): additional cost 29 PLN
- We prepare and ship the goods usually up to 24h (working days)
- During peak sales season order processing time may be longer. Please refer to a particular product page for details
- Orders placed until 12.00 AM are processed on the next business day
- All goods purchased from us online are sent in special packaging properly protected against damage
- We use courier delivery services of Hellmann and ID Logistics
- Smaller shipments (eg. batteries, accessories) are sent via InPost courier

- at Ecobike's factory showroom in Zrodla, Poland.
