If the Client does not provide necessary data for the order and does not consent to its processing, it may be impossible to complete the order.
The Administrator ensures the security of the provided data and the execution of Users' rights arising from GDPR.
The Client has the right to access their personal data, request its rectification or complete deletion, or restrict the processing of their personal data:
- If the processing is based on the given consent, the consent can be revoked at any time.
- If the legal basis is the necessity of data processing to perform the contract, data deletion may be impossible if processing is required by applicable laws (e.g., financial-accounting regulations).
- If the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Administrator, the Client has the right to object to the processing of their data.
- To realize these requests, you can use the functions in the store's user account data update program or send a request (e.g., to the provided email address) specifying the request to modify or delete data from the records. The Client has the right to revoke their consent at any time.
The Administrator may refuse to delete User data only in cases specified by applicable laws, particularly if the User has not settled all obligations towards the Administrator.
Users' personal data is processed to establish, shape, conclude, change, or terminate the Agreement between the Service Provider and the Client and to execute the Sale Agreement or the agreement for the provision of electronic services described in the Terms and Conditions.
The User may receive marketing and commercial information (so-called "Newsletter") if they consent to it. The User can unsubscribe from receiving commercial information at any time.
Users' personal data may be transferred to third parties only to the extent necessary to complete the agreement under the principles described in the Terms and Conditions. In particular, to execute the agreement and deliver the ordered products and send correspondence to the Client, the data may be transferred to a courier or postal company.

Cookie Policy
This Policy defines the rules for creating, storing, and accessing information on the User's devices using Cookies to provide electronic services requested by the User. The cookie usage principles are based on the Act of July 16, 2004 - Telecommunications Law - with later amendments.
To provide electronic services, the Administrator creates and stores temporary files (cookies) and gains access to selected information on the User's devices.
Cookies are small text files saved and stored on the User's devices, used on websites to ensure proper data transmission between connected computers. They have a wide range of applications, helping to customize the website content to the recipient's device settings, remember the preferred appearance of the page, and ensure the execution of multi-step user actions (e.g., making a purchase in an online store). Cookies can also be used to tailor displayed advertisements to the interests of website visitors.
Cookies created on the user's devices can come from both the Administrator's system (so-called first-party cookies) and external programs supervising internet communication (so-called third-party cookies, e.g., from partner services like Google, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
The User has the full ability to limit or disable cookies' access to their Device. If this option is used, using the Service will be possible, except for functionalities that by their nature require cookies. Using browser settings, the User can delete all or selected cookies at any time.
If the User, after reading this information, leaves the settings of the currently used end device (especially the browser settings) allowing the use of cookies, then according to Art. 173(2), the User has consented to the use of cookies on the currently viewed page and subpages.
On this website, we use two types of cookies in terms of storage time:
- Session cookies: stored on the User's Device and remain there until the session of a given browser ends. The saved information is then permanently deleted from the Device's memory.
- Persistent cookies: stored on the User's Device and remain there until they are deleted. Ending the session of a given browser or turning off the Device does not delete them from the User's Device.
The cookies mechanism does not allow for the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the User's Device, and cookies themselves do not collect any personal data, including names, email addresses, or other contact details.
If the User decides to reject the necessary cookies, it will not be possible to use some of the content and services provided on this website, especially those requiring login and later execution, for example, of a purchase transaction in the online store. However, consent to the use of cookies is entirely voluntary.
The Administrator uses cookies that are divided into two categories according to the purpose of use:
a. Necessary cookies used for:
- Authenticating the user in the service and ensuring the user's session in the service;
- Ensuring the security and reliability of the Service;
- Remembering the contents of the User's cart and handling the ordering process;
- Remembering settings chosen by the User, e.g., currency, language, product page views settings, etc.;
- Searching and comparing products.
b. Optional cookies (functional, analytical, and advertising) used for:
- Conducting anonymous statistics on website usage;
- Optimizing and increasing the efficiency of provided services and introducing improvements and new functionalities;
- Remembering the history of visited pages in the service to recommend better-suited content;
- Providing advertising services, including advertisements of third-party services and products presented through the Service.
- The Administrator may use external cookies for the following purposes:
- Presenting multimedia content on the Service pages, downloaded from an external service:
- vimeo.com [cookies administrator: Vimeo, LLC. based in the USA]
- youtube.com [cookies administrator: Google Inc based in the USA]
- Collecting general and anonymous statistical data via analytical tools:
- Google Analytics [cookies administrator: Google Inc based in the USA]
- GemiusTraffic [cookies administrator: Gemius S.A. based in Warsaw]
- Google AdSense [cookies administrator: Google Inc based in the USA]
